About
If you're a pretzel lover in Edmonton, Zwick's Pretzels is an unmissable gem. Tucked away at 12415 107 Ave NW, this cozy spot has quickly become a favorite for locals and visitors alike. Known for their fresh-to-order pretzels, Zwick's offers a delightful experience that combines warmth and flavor in every bite.
The allure of Zwick's begins with their commitment to quality. Each pretzel is made fresh, ensuring that you receive a warm and satisfying treat. As Amanda highlights, it's the “best place to get pretzels in the city.” The tantalizing aroma that fills the air will have you salivating before you even approach the counter!
What truly sets Zwick's apart are their unique offerings that go beyond traditional pretzels. The pretzel bun sandwiches, like the McZwick and Bacon and Egg sandwich noted by Mel, are a must-try. With flavors that meld perfectly, these sandwiches elevate your pretzel experience to new heights. And let’s not forget about their famous milk crumb nubs—Ashley Kwan's favorite—that offer a playful twist on the classic snack.
Despite its small size, Zwick's manages to create a buzz, especially on weekends. If you visit, be prepared for a line! Joanna Rose mentions that the wait can feel daunting, but it’s well worth it for those garlic butter nubs and house-made honey mustard dip. Don't leave without trying their dips, as they complement the warm pretzels beautifully.
While some customers wish for a larger space to accommodate the growing crowd, the charm of Zwick's lies in its intimate setting, where every visit feels like a community affair. As Christina noted, the pricing is wallet-friendly too, with pretzels costing between $2-$4, making indulgence guilt-free.
In conclusion, Zwick's Pretzels is not just another eatery; it’s an experience that embraces warmth, creativity, and community spirit. Whether you’re coming for the pretzels or their unique sandwiches, you're in for a treat. Be sure to visit and discover why Zwick's has earned its rave reviews—your taste buds will thank you!
“ Best place to get pretzels in the city. Made fresh to order, so they're warm when you get them. Often lined up, especially on weekends, buzzers given so you can wait in your car. Pretzel bun sandwiches are delicious. I wish they would move to a larger location to accommodate their crowd of customers. ”
“ Very small and cozy space. Seating is super limited as most people just grab and go here. I love their pretzels here, especially their milk crumb nubs! But I think I've tried most of their pretzels and loved them all! Their sandwiches aren't bad either. ”
“ Omg. This was a golden find when researching places to go in Edmonton!!! The pretzels were 2-4 bucks each and every single one we ordered was delicious!! Wish we had room to try the nubs!! ”
“ We came here to try some pretzels and sandwiches. They were delicious! We ordered a McZwick, a Bacon and Egg sandwich and a box of dusted nubs w/ 2 dips. The service was great and quick. We will definitely be back! ”
“ Such a fun little spot, super hip! The staff is so nice and accommodating. There is limited seating available, and also make sure you time your visit just right because it doesn’t take long for the line up to get big and intimidating!! So many different ways to eat pretzels!! We tried a bag of the garlic butter nubs and another!! Bag of the butter and salt nubs. They were sooo yummy and soft and bready and buttery and delicious. I ate them with their house made honey mustard which was soooo good, don’t leave with your pretzels without taking a little dip cup of the sauce. Next time I would like to try the cinnamon sugar nubs! ”
“ Worth the drive and delicious every time! I’m not sure how many times I’ve gone now but it’s quickly turned into a go to breakfast place when I have extra time. You really can’t go wrong with any of the menu items as they have all been great to my experience and from others I’ve talked to. The only complaint I could have is that I wish they were open longer and/or open every day but I understand why they probably don’t as well. This place is awesome and would have no issues recommending it! ”
“ I only found this hidden gem a few weeks ago. But was craving to return! The "Beef on a Wrek" is amazing. Totally loaded with tender beef slices on a homemade pretzel bun with a horseradish onion mince, and mozza. The "Zwicks" is just as delicious with a large grilled chicken breast, tomatoe, mozza, candied bacon, paprika aioli on a pretzel bun. Going to try the"Smoked Salmon" on my next visit. But do try the "Butter Beer" it is really refreshing. Almost as good as the butter beer at Universal Studios - Harry Potter world. The "pretzels"...omg Great! Can get "nubs" bites or large pretzels. Large assortment of pretzel dips to choose from as well. These pretzels are so soft and delicious that bars pubs around the city order them to supply to their patrons. Go early, or later as parking can be a problem with limited spaces at busy times..lunch, etc. ”
“ Phenomenal pretzels, sandwiches & service!! You gotta eat here! We got 4 dzn small pretzels & 7 different dips for a birthday party, totally a hit!! Highly recommend! ”
